The Healing

1. The time is flying... Last time I connected with you through Reiki Healing Touch Newsletter was a year ago! Hopefully, I keep in touch more often through emails and I always feel your love and support when I send a request for healing (please let me know if you want to be sent or not 'Healing Request').

When I read the Buddha for a first time in my high school I could not disagree with him more. Suffering?! What was he talking about? Could not he see all the beauty of the world? Could not he feel the love of people? Could not he touch the magical nature? Could not he hear the blissful whisper of life? Could not he take the dust from his eyes?

Twenty years later... OK Buddha, I see your point. Buddha was convinced that it was his attachment to things and people which bound him to an existence that seemed mired in pain and sorrow. Birth, relationships, old age, illness, death etc have a pain attached to them unless we let go of holding to things, people, events. The essence of the Dharma (teaching) is that nothing lasted forever and that there was always separation from everything and everybody that we love. He said that he was preaching a cure for these unhappy conditions but, he also said,:"... My teachings are like a raft, to be used to cross the river and not to be held on to... If you understand their raft-like nature correctly, you will give up good teachings (dharma), not to mention bad ones!"

I can see the world through his eyes. His teaching is not as negative as I used to think. Modern age didn't bring more wars or pain with it, I think our awareness about them changed. Now we bombarded with 'bad news' from every corner - newspapers, TV, internet etc  We involve ourselves with meaningless conversations or discussions that take our energy away. We live in the environment that is not friendly to human beings. We forget about feeding ourselves with healthy food, not only body but mind & soul also... I could make a long list:)

Sometimes it feels that we can not take any more and we need to close ourselves in the peaceful room and find the center....the still center. We need to regain our energy, our strength, our love and passion back. Bring all our energy back and be one with the world. And when we feel that we belong to Gaya, that we are One with Universe, we are actually the part of IT, we are IT.

That is one part of IT but there is another part which makes this Universe ONE Place. There is the magic in nature, there is an amazing beauty in human beings, there is a beautiful gesture of extending a helpful hand when needed, wonderful quest for studding more tools so we can make this world a better place - more friendly, more healthy, even more beautiful and magical. When I see people sharing the healing light, their knowledge, prayers, time, love with others, that is what I would like the Buddha to see also! What would he say? Probably, 'get rid of your attachment girl!'

My thankful heart can not stop singing the song of Love to All of You, to the Mother Earth and Universe. I know that there is so much suffering and pain, I see that every day, specially here in India, but I also see the beauty and honesty of hearts of so many of us.
My heart is full of love, joy & gratitude for the miracles we can witness every day, for people whose love and kindness are beyond words, for the universe and it's law which is still so unknown to me!

I will repeat what the Buddha said:

"Let all beings be happy!
Weak or strong, of high, middle or low estate,
small or great, visible or invisible, near or far away,
alive or still to be born - may they all be entirely happy!

Let nobody lie to anybody or despise any single being anywhere.
May nobody wish harm to any single creature,
out of anger of hatred!

Let us cherish all creatures, as a  mother her only child!
May our loving thoughts fill the whole world,
above, below, across - without limit;
a boundless goodwill toward the whole world,
unrestricted, free of hatred and enmity!”

With All my Love, Blessings and Light of Love to YOU.

Chakras are energy centers at the level of the endocrine glands, which control the distribution of energy around the body, connecting the physical body and cosmic energy passing through aura (aura - the ethereal field that surrounds objects and living beings).
Every chakra is linked to a particular element, color, gemstone, tone and various stages of spiritual consciousness. The state of each chakra reflects the health of a particular area of our body. It also reflects our psychological, emotional and spiritual well-being.

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves,
Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God.
Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking
so that other people won't feel insecure around you.
We are all meant to shine, as children do.
We were born to make manifest
the glory of God that is within us.
It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine,
we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear,
our presence automatically liberates others.”

I would like to share an interesting information about Multiple Sclerosis, MS, that effects couple of millions people in the world. We are told that there is no known cure for MS. However, I would like to share emails with some of the information how to treat MS.
The first email is about a clinic in Kirkland, WA that specializes in severe neurological conditions and the other one from Brook, a wonderful healer, who put me on the quest for finding more about MS surgeries that are done in Europe.
Please check them if you are interested or share with others who might need that information. The emails are responses to the Healing Request for KIM.

- “I am more than happy to extend my prayers to Kim, but I have discussed her situation with my office manager and the doctors I work with and we would like to extend our time to help treat Kim if she would like. You may not know this, but I work in a clinic in Kirkland, WA that specializes in severe neurological conditions and the doctors I work with are world famous for treating people similar to Kim. I am not saying we are miracle workers, however, after joining this practice I have never seen such remarkable things any where else. Doctors time would be of no cost, the actual treatments may be fairly expensive, but they may be able to extend and enhance her life. I know there are a lot of variables surrounding situations such as Kim's, but I wanted to at least extend the option. Kim, or family, may contact us at (425)823-8818 and speak with Ron (our office manager and make sure to include my name, Dr. Mindy Beck to refresh his memory on what I have discussed with him) if she is interested. Please review our website at and you can look up Dr. Klinghardt (Klinghardt Academy of Neurobiology).

- “Will send light her way. They have a new surgery for ms based on research in finding that most cases have injury to neck/head causing a twist in the veins in the neck and chest and that is the real culprit. If she can get this untwisted, it has done wonders in saving lives and reversing ms. Its done in Europe.”

‘Italian doctor may have found surprisingly simple cure for Multiple Sclerosis

An Italian doctor has been getting dramatic results with a new type of treatment for Multiple Sclerosis, or MS, which affects up to 2.5 million people worldwide. In an initial study, Dr. Paolo Zamboni took 65 patients with relapsing-remitting MS, performed a simple operation to unblock restricted bloodflow out of the brain - and two years after the surgery, 73% of the patients had no symptoms. Dr. Zamboni's thinking could turn the current understanding of MS on its head, and offer many sufferers a complete cure.

Multiple sclerosis, or MS, has long been regarded as a life sentence of debilitating nerve degeneration. More common in females, the disease affects an estimated 2.5 million people around the world, causing physical and mental disabilities that can gradually destroy a patient's quality of life.

It's generally accepted that there's no cure for MS, only treatments that mitigate the symptoms - but a new way of looking at the disease has opened the door to a simple treatment that is causing radical improvements in a small sample of sufferers.

Italian Dr. Paolo Zamboni has put forward the idea that many types of MS are actually caused by a blockage of the pathways that remove excess iron from the brain - and by simply clearing out a couple of major veins to reopen the blood flow, the root cause of the disease can be eliminated.

Dr. Zamboni's revelations came as part of a very personal mission - to cure his wife as she began a downward spiral after diagnosis. Reading everything he could on the subject, Dr. Zamboni found a number of century-old sources citing excess iron as a possible cause of MS. It happened to dovetail with some research he had been doing previously on how a buildup of iron can damage blood vessels in the legs - could it be that a buildup of iron was somehow damaging blood vessels in the brain?

He immediately took to the ultrasound machine to see if the idea had any merit - and made a staggering discovery. More than 90% of people with MS have some sort of malformation or blockage in the veins that drain blood from the brain. Including, as it turned out, his wife.

He formed a hypothesis on how this could lead to MS: iron builds up in the brain, blocking and damaging these crucial blood vessels. As the vessels rupture, they allow both the iron itself, and immune cells from the bloodstream, to cross the blood-brain barrier into the cerebro-spinal fluid. Once the immune cells have direct access to the immune system, they begin to attack the myelin sheathing of the cerebral nerves - Multiple Sclerosis develops. He named the problem Chronic Cerebro-Spinal Venous Insufficiency, or CCSVI.

Zamboni immediately scheduled his wife for a simple operation to unblock the veins - a catheter was threaded up through blood vessels in the groin area, all the way up to the effected area, and then a small balloon was inflated to clear out the blockage. It's a standard and relatively risk-free operation - and the results were immediate. In the three years since the surgery, Dr. Zamboni's wife has not had an attack.

Widening out his study, Dr. Zamboni then tried the same operation on a group of 65 MS-sufferers, identifying blood drainage blockages in the brain and unblocking them - and more than 73% of the patients are completely free of the symptoms of MS, two years after the operation.
In some cases, a balloon is not enough to fully open the vein channel, which collapses either as soon as the balloon is removed, or sometime later. In these cases, a metal stent can easily be used, which remains in place holding the vein open permanently.

Dr. Zamboni's lucky find is yet to be accepted by the medical community, which is traditionally slow to accept revolutionary ideas. Still, most agree that while further study needs to be undertaken before this is looked upon as a cure for MS, the results thus far have been very positive.

Naturally, support groups for MS sufferers are buzzing with the news that a simple operation could free patients from what they have always been told would be a lifelong affliction, and further studies are being undertaken by researchers around the world hoping to confirm the link between CCSVI and MS, and open the door for the treatment to become available for sufferers worldwide.

It's certainly a very exciting find for MS sufferers, as it represents a possible complete cure, as opposed to an ongoing treatment of symptoms. We wish Dr. Zamboni and the various teams looking further into this issue the best of luck.
